The journey for a patient with a brain tumor is an emotional one. Newly diagnosed patients usually present in the emergency department following a change in vision, balance, or cognitive function. Their world is soon turned upside down in a race to surgery. Far too many patients (~50% for glioblastomas) recur within a few months and are forced, with dedicated family members and clinicians, to navigate treatment options yet again. Unfortunately, it has been over a decade since an innovative option has been cleared by FDA…until GammaTile® Therapy! Position Summary

We are committed to pioneering innovative technologies and services that enhance the precision of medical care. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Manager of Information Technology to oversee our IT department and drive the integration of advanced technology solutions across our operations.

As the Manager of IT at GT Medical Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the tactical implementation of technology solutions in alignment with our company’s goals. You will manage all aspects of our technology operations, focusing on enhancing our managed services, data management, cybersecurity, and the seamless integration of key business services including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and flexible mindset providing a positive IT experience to over 100 team members.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Support the IT department’s strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap focusing on managed services, data management, and information security that aligns with the strategic needs of the business.
• Oversee the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, websites, related applications, hardware, and software used within the company.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure projects, including the integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and ERP systems, ensuring streamlined operations and data consistency across platforms.
• Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and department leaders, fostering collaborations across the business to ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
• Ensure company data and technology assets are protected by robust security protocols and compliance measures.
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting 100 team members, building a positive and productive team culture. 
• Comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Exercise utmost discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Adhere to strict privacy and security protocols when working with classified information.
• Miscellaneous requests as needed by Director of Business Administration and IT.
• Embodies the Company’s purpose and shared values, building a positive and productive team culture
• Comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Authorized to access employee and/or patient PHI and ePHI only as needed for job-related functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or relative education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a technology-driven environment.
• Excellent knowledge of managed IT services, M365, information security, database management, and customer relationship management.
• Prior experience with Cloud based SaaS solutions like Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Prior experience with domain and site management.
• Strong knowledge of ETL and iPaaS software.
• Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

• Typical work environment for a professional office or home office space.
• Some work in a laboratory, clean room, and/or manufacturing facility.
• Largely a stationary role with some moving from place to place.
• Constant use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor and other office equipment.
• Occasionally picks up, carries, and moves items up to 30 lbs. 
• Occasional exposure to hazardous materials requiring appropriate PPE and precautions when working with hazardous materials and chemicals (Manufacturing Facility). 
• Evening and weekend work as needed. 
• Occasional overnight travel will be required for work, events, and training.
