**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented Proposal Writer to join our team. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for creating compelling proposals and documentation to support business development activities. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information for proposals - Write, edit, and format proposals in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) - Conduct research to support proposal development - Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements - Utilize Word processing software to create and format documents - Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather necessary information **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field - Proven experience in technical writing or proposal writing - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, and other relevant software tools - Strong editing and proofreading skills - Excellent research abilities to gather relevant information - Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth of the organization.
