```Job Overview```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to join our team. As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with inventory control processes. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and warehouse management system.
Bilingual candidates for Japanese and English are prerequisite for this position.
```Duties```
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to replenish inventory as needed
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track and manage inventory movements
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as e-commerce, supply chain management, and production to ensure efficient inventory flow
- Assist in implementing and maintaining inventory control procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory management policies
