Job Title: Local Box Truck Delivery Route Drivers

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate box trucks for local or regional routes, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining positive interactions with customers during deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Load and unload produce items, utilizing a 2-wheel dolly and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Work in a variety of temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Compensation:

• Regional Route Drivers (Class B): $75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually
• Local Non-CDL (Class E or C): $18 to $19/hour = $61,800 to $69,160 Annually
• Local Class B: $19 to $21/hour = $69,160 to $76,440 Annually
• Local Class A: $21-$23/hour

Schedule:

• Local Route Drivers: 5am-5pm, 5 days a week (Must work Saturday or Sunday each week)
• Regional Route Drivers: 3am-3pm, 5 days a week (Must work Saturday or Sunday each week)

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record with no vehicle accidents or points on driver's license for the past 3 years.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs and use a 2-wheel dolly.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical job demands testing.
• Weekend availability is required for all full-time positions.
