Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive living environment for our residents and ensuring the overall success of the community.
Duties:
- Office Management: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining resident files.
- Conflict Management: Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- OneSite: Utilize property management software to manage leasing, rent collection, and maintenance requests.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective tenants, and vendors.
- Legal Administrative: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Fair Housing Regulations: Maintain a thorough understanding of fair housing laws and ensure compliance in all aspects of the community's operations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Real Estate Administrative: Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and other real estate administrative tasks.
- Sales: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and assist with the leasing process.
- File Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing, maintenance, and resident communications.
Requirements:
-Must be Bi-Lingual-English/Spanish
- Previous experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the property management industry.
- Proficient in using property management software such as OneSite and Knock.
- Strong knowledge of fair housing regulations and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
