GRUPO ANTOLIN is Hiring a Production Supervisor Near McCalla, AL
Antolin Alabama is currently hiring for a Production Supervisor.
Essential Functions
2.1. Responsible for ensuring the Production Operators meet the minimum requirements for their position.
2.2. Communicate Production and Quality Requirements to the production team members .
2.3. Offer suggestions and improvements to the process and quality.
2.4. Responsible for filling required production reports correctly and completely.
2.5. Place team members in position that they are most productive and efficient for the company.
2.6. Ensure that all Production Operators and Team Leaders are adhering to the Safety Rules and
Regulations.
2.7. Report any unsafe work conditions and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
2.8. Enforce the housekeeping rules.
2.9. Complete Incident Investigation Reports as required.
2.10. Enforce the Quality Policy.
2.11. Responsible for helping train all Production Operators and Team Leaders and should also help motivate, coach, evaluate and counsel them.
2.12. Enforce all of the Company’s Policies and Procedures. Issue Discipline Action when appropriate.
2.13. Complete Daily Manning Sheets.
2.14. Ensure Production Schedules are being ran.
2.15. Receive all Production SAP/R3 paperwork and verify completion.
3. Additional Responsibilities
3.1. Provide First Aid if necessary.
3.2. Ensure all employees exit the building and are accounted for in case of Fire or Hazardous
Chemical Spill.
4. Education / Experience / Skills
4.1. High School diploma or GED required.
4.2. Automotive plant experience desired but not required.
4.3. Three (3) years of Supervisor Experience required.
4.4. Ability to read, write and follow written and/or visual aids.
4.5. SAP knowledge is a plus
5. Health, Safety, & Physical Demands
5.1. Safety glasses are required to be worn at all times within the plant.
5.2. Physical demands require standing, working in manufacturing plant environment, walking manufacturing plant floor multiple times daily, bending, reaching, stooping, talking, working long hours and overtime, including weekends and holidays as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
