PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - NYC

Responsibilities

• Processing purchase orders to factories
• Assisting the Sourcing Director with price negotiations and emails to factories
• Handling price and COGs adjustments through the product life cycle
• Coordinate with sales and design departments for managing new development and associated orders
• Building margin charts for decisions on sourcing and production placement
• Communication with the Direct-to-Consumer team on order timing and placement
• Help with receiving samples including logging and passing to relevant departments
• Assist in data correction

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of apparel production experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• This job requires being onsite in our Manhattan office 4-5 days / week
