Job Summary:
The Technical Customer Service Team Member will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers, primarily through phone interactions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in industrial electrical motors, outstanding customer service skills, and proficiency in various software applications. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent multitasking abilities, and exhibit a courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service support over the phone.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Utilize a multitasking approach to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in SFDC (Salesforce).
  • Communicate effectively through MS Teams for internal discussions and coordination.
  • Manage emails and appointments efficiently using MS Outlook.
  • Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Create and edit documents as needed using MS Word.
  • Navigate SAP system for order processing and other relevant tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical motor industry OR Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on courteous and professional communication.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in various software applications including SFDC, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
