Role Requirements:

• Ensure the restaurant runs proficiently.
• Use critical thinking skills to resolve any issues that may arise with guests.
• Attention to detail in order to manage orders.
• Food preparation.
• Maintaining all equipment is in working order.
• Fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Provide guidance to your team.
• Flexible to cover shifts on short notice.
• Reliable transportation.
• Computer literate.
• HS Diploma or GED
• in a restaurant or retail environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• 1 year experience analyzing financial reports.
