- One year of relevant childcare experience
- Self motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Ensures the safety of the children entrusted in care
- Prepares and executes weekly lesson plans
- Organizes, designs and leads activities to promote physical, mental and social development.
- Participates in continued professional development for childcare workers
- Maintains all state requirements for childcare workers
