• Self motivated and able to work in a team environment
• Ensures the safety of the children entrusted in care
• Prepares and executes weekly lesson plans
• Organizes, designs and leads activities to promote physical, mental and social development.
• Participates in continued professional development for childcare workers
• Maintains all state requirements for childcare workers
