Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Assistant Teacher, you will play a key role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. If you have experience in daycare, preschool, or special education, and possess strong classroom management and behavior management skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Promote positive behavior and teach conflict resolution skills
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or special education is preferred
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
- Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood development principles
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
