Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of landscapers
- Plan and execute landscaping projects

- Install trees, shrubs, decorative rock, edging, ect.
- Build and maintain outdoor structures such as paver patios and retaining walls
- Run skid loader/ hydro seeder/ mini excavator
- Monitor and maintain the health of plants, trees, and lawns
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use of proper equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape installation and hardscapes
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of landscapers
- Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
