Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide drink menus
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely manner
- Check the identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Make recommendations and provide knowledge about the menu and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is required
- Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
