Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee general facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Oversees inspections, machinery repairs and replacements and equipment installations such as fans, dehumidifiers, railings, lights, drives, doors, ramps, etc.
• Occasional travel to all our other locations in case of emergencies.
• Travel for parts nearby such as Home Depot, Ace, etc.
• Schedule repairs and preventive maintenance of all AC units and dehumidifiers through the facility.
• Conducts daily visual Inspections inside and outside of the facility.
• Oversees basic plumbing repairs.
• Inspection of facilities and equipment to ensure company standards and safety regulations are being maintained.
• Performs audits to ensure compliance to all maintenance, janitorial and facility processes.
• Implement Computerized Maintenance System to ensure all PMs are being completed and all critical part inventories are maintained.
• Schedule contractor quoting, work and ensure all contractors are following GMP and EHS standards while on property.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old, and able to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening
• Knowledge and familiarity with Electrical and HVAC preferred
• Must be willing to travel for parts
• May need to travel to other locations throughout the state for emergencies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete floor for up to 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Capable of operating Forklifts and scissor lifts
• Ability to work both in a team and independently with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
