Group Five Management is Hiring a Lease Coordinator Near Farmington, MI

The Lease Coordinator will manage and direct certain aspects of the organization’s property functions and the preparation of related reports for the multi-family communities within the company portfolio.

The primary focus of the position will be completing resident move-out final statements and applicable move-out accounting in compliance with state laws pertaining to security deposits, and processing and distribution of deposit refunds, working closely with the Collections Manager.

Duties will also include resident lease renewal processing including lease renewal contests, conducting property on-site audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding leasing, and oversight of property reports to assist in training.

Additional responsibilities may include acting as back-up to Accounts Receivable, Application processing, billing and Collections.

Preferred Qualifications:

6 years experience in multi-family management, on and off site.

3 years experience with Yardi software.

Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, ability to work effectively within a team framework, and stringent attention to detail are all required.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this position.
