Responsibilities

• Review team receivables on 30 day items.
• Review and close flag corrections and review and sign JVs for the Team.
• Run Booker and Admin processing counts every Monday and at the beginning of the month.
• Maintain Booker's schedule and ensure coverage for all shifts while monitoring Xtime.
• Provide coverage when an admin is out of the office, i.e. sick, on vacation, holidays, etc.
• Attend the team lead meeting as scheduled and hold weekly team meetings.
• Responsible for providing training and being a continuous resource for the team.
• Responsible for leading the team to have days to process in DW under 1.5 days.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ minimum experience in Warranty Administration.
• Prior dealership experience is a must.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Experience using CDK and/or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Must be able to work extended hours at month-end.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s, Master’s, and/or Certifications preferred.
