What You'll do:

  • Responsible for leading the full lifecycle hiring efforts for our Appian practice

  • Source and identify active and passive candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, events, etc.)

  • Develop strong relationship with hiring managers to understand the business, identify gaps in skill sets and create strategic hiring plans to address those gaps

  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria

  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience with transparency, timely follow-up, and communication

  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

  • Assist with OFCCP and EEO compliance, tracking and reporting

  • Manage an efficient and effective process, utilizing our ATS (Workday) and other tools.

  • Think outside of the box and utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies, and techniques to promote Groundswell as an employer of choice

Who We are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiterwith strong data analysis skills to support Appian / low-code practice.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (U.S. Citizen is preferred)

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

  • 5 years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing of technical talent for a software product company (preferably low-code programming (Appian)), either in a corporate role, contractor, or as an agency recruiter.

  • Recruiting experience with a large, federal contractor strongly preferred

  • ATS experience (Workday preferred)

  • Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP requirements.

  • Must be self-driven and work effectively and independently using a variety of vehicles and creative sourcing techniques to generate candidate flow in a fast-paced, fluid environment

  • Results driven and metrics-oriented individual with outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Successfully navigates in a fast-paced, nimble environment and possesses an aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; SharePoint

  • Ideal candidate will be local to the DC Metro area and willing to come on-site 2-3 days a week. We will consider remote candidates with previous experience recruiting for Appian skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting to include pivot tables

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting

  • Experience leading small teams

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted forany applicable geographicdifferential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$81,180.00 - $164,302.00
