Position : Automotive Service Advisor - Warranty Administrator- Location : Rockford, IL, US- Job Type : Full-time- Salary : $48,000.

00 - $58,000.00 per yearResponsibilities : * Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty and after-sale repairs.

• Utilize shop resources efficiently to ensure low-cost and speedy service.* Handle all service calls and negotiate service agreements.
• Coordinate and manage work orders for the shop.* Oversee after-sale service handling, including warranty repairs.* Arrange for the customers' vehicles to be brought to our shop for diagnostics and inspections.
• Set appointments with sublet repair facilities as needed.* Control the repair process by managing the speed and cost of repairs.
• Submit warranty claims to the appropriate companies for payment.* Provide backup support for the Service Director, Body Needs, and Parts departments.
