Job Skills / Requirements

We have morning and evening positions. Monday thru Friday.

Morning from 08 : 00 am. to 05 : 00 pm.

Evening from 03 : 00 pm. to 09 : 00 pm.

Qualifications for position

Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the janitorial cleaning industry.

ALL POSITION WILL BE SCREENED

Were looking for porters who are flexible.

Job Duties are as following to Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty / clean wastebaskets and trash containers;

empty : refill restroom dispensers, clean and sanitize restrooms / bathrooms using the established procedure. Etc.

Each Janitor assigned to this Contract shall have relevant work experience in working in a large office facility performing a similar type of work as being requested within the Scope of Services.

Operate chemical dispensing units properly measure chemicals that are not provided in dispenser form Understand how to read MSDS sheets Properly label chemicals Wear proper PPE when working with chemicals / equipment.

Speak, read (understand) and write in a clear and understandable English language (for security reasons the Department must be able to clearly communicate with all Janitors, Day Matron(s), Day Porter(s), and all other employees assigned to this Contract).

We will properly be vetted through e-verify, conduct a Level II Criminal Background Check, drug screening, and properly trained by a certified ISSA CIMS.

• Must have good verbal and face-to-face communication.
• Must have a clean background.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Must be able to lift up to 30lbs min.

Reliable transportation is a MUST

This is a Full and Part-Time position 1st Shift , 2nd Shift .
