Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Activities and Social Services Coordinator manage our Activities and social services programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program development, budgeting, and relationship management within the Activities and social services department.

Duties:
- Plan and conduct resident activity program for skilled nursing residents.
- Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of the community.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure program sustainability
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, community partners, and families
- Oversee program management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- experience in providing an activity program for seniors
- Proven experience in program development and management
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to social services
- Experience working with the elderly
