Looking for a Jr Graphic Designer to join our team!

About the Job

This is a position on our in-house creative team and reports to the Lead Designer. Working closely with Groove Life’s Lead Designer and other department heads, you will be deeply involved in digital and print projects to support wholesale and, as needed, marketing and website.

Key Duties

Follow all brand guidelines to ensure consistency in branding across multiple assets and platforms.
Receive assignments and direction from key stakeholders, Creative Director, Lead Designer, and Creative Services Manager.
Design digital advertising, point-of-purchase materials, and packaging.
Support Groove Life’s Wholesale department by concepting and designing trade show booths, catalogs, and other printed materials.
Support Groove Life with marketing assets and/or corporate requests.
Assess project specifics and create a final product that adheres to those requirements.
Follow a project workflow and timeline to ensure projects progress in a timely manner
Keep project management platform up to date with project progress.

Required Skills/Abilities

1 years experience in a graphic design role
Experience with digital advertising
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent education or relevant real world experience
Strong capabilities in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Understanding of visual design trends and best practices
Ability to juggle many different tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail
