Responsibilities:

 Identify and execute new business opportunities, create target hot lists & leads, and consistently connect with prospects

 Cold calls, email, social sites, networking, collaborating and interfacing within many levels of organizations with key contact/ players

 Meet, exceed, and fulfill client needs and requests-- performance standards in accordance with goals, objectives and metrics for the role

 Establish, maintain, and retain client loyalty–earn credibility and business!

 Knowledge is power! Research market trends and resources—be consummate industry expert

 Generate key new business contacts and opportunities—maximize, capitalize, and follow through  Approach sales activities with excitement— suggest and recommend strategic solutions  Drive and influence decision makers!

 Connect & communicate –ask for business, and deliver!

 Resonate and support GROE values, vision, & mission

 Forge ahead with best business decisions/practices

 Achieve monthly individual and team based targeted goals

 High Volume call responsibility

 Sales trainings—interest and aptitude for advancement, career growth, and challenges !

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or 1 year professional experience equivalent

 Must be hungry for results, and superior quality service driven!

 Excellent communication, decision- making, negotiating, influencing and closing skills a must!

 Results -oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic, motivated, self starters !

 Strong CRM and ATS computer skills -- willing to learn new programs and software

 Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to working smart!

 Focused, creative, sales minded individuals who thrive (and enjoy) multi-tasking fast-paced environment!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
