Overview:
The Global Services group is looking for a skilled and energetic Parts Specialist to ensure optimal support to our customers, partners and service teams. We are looking for someone who can grow with a rapidly expanding company and be able to fulfill the immediate hands on needs as well be able to set the parts logistics strategy worldwide over the next few years. Key elements of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Initial management of service stock
• At HQ
• FSE trunk stock
• Parts planning in ERP system for Min / Max levels based on
• Usage
• Lead time
• Cost
• Supporting the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
• Fulfilling parts requests from Customer Success administration
• Ensuring parts returns and material review board support
• Shipping logistics
• Manage Global Services UPS and FEDEX accounts
• Parts logistics planning
• Develop strategic plan for stocking Locations (NA and global)
• Parts ordering
• Manage sales order generation with the procurement team

Requirements:
You have at least 10 years of experience in parts logistics management, and you enjoy building long lasting relationships with customers and partners. You have a tenacious, never-give-up attitude, and are passionate about helping to keep people safe around the world. You have experience working with a wide variety of partners and customers, including but not limited to, private and government development programs, private service organizations, law enforcement, and military. In addition, you can also demonstrate the following:

• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to a fast-growing company
• Ability to quickly develop relationships with key team members
• Ability to manage workload from tactical to strategic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with ERP tools (Expandable is preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
