Grocery TV On-Demand Display Technician(Contract Work)

Who are we?
Grocery TV is the largest digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising network in grocery stores all over the nation. Our network consists of fixed tablet displays on the candy racks at the front checkout lanes and expanding into other formats throughout the stores.

We are looking to build a network of Independent contractors who can assist with maintaining and servicing our displays regionally. This is a great opportunity for Independent contractors who are looking for additional income and have the flexibility or ability to adjust their schedule to be available as needed.

What would you be doing?
While we are able to resolve most issues that arise with our displays remotely, sometimes the need arises for in-store support and troubleshooting.

This can consist of but not limited to:
● Checking power source
● Resetting device
● Removing and replacing device
● Working via phone with GroceryTV Operations to identify issues and alternative solutions for resolution
● Picking up equipment to be shipped back to Clerk HQ

Minimum requirements:
● Comfortable communicating via text/phone for check-ins/checkpoints of site
visits
● Mobile hotspot or ability to enable one on phone
● Insured car
● Valid driver’s license
● At least 18 years old
● Basic proficiency with laptop or tablet computers
● Ability to travel within a designated region
● Comfortable with and have access to tools (electric drill, screwdrivers, wire snips etc.)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)

Work Location: On the road
