About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect with hands-on development experience and a strong focus on retail, personalization mobile app development, CDP systems, cloud computing, microservices architecture, security, and .NET technologies. As a Solution Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver scalable, innovative, and secure technology solutions that enhance the customer experience. Your expertise in mobile app development, Customer Data Platform (CDP) system, cloud computing, microservices, security, and .NET will be vital in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design end-to-end solutions that leverage personalization mobile app development, CDP systems, and .NET technologies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Possess a deep understanding of the retail grocery industry, including customer behavior, shopping trends, and industry best practices. Apply this Knowledge to design and deliver solutions that enhance the retail customer experience, promote personalization, and drive revenue growth.
• Architect and oversee the development of personalized mobile applications. Utilize technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, and React Native to create seamless and intuitive mobile experiences that enable personalized shopping, loyalty programs, and targeted promotions.
• Design and implement CDP systems tailored for the retail grocery industry. Leverage CDP platforms to enable effective customer engagement, data analytics, and marketing automation.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement cloud-based solutions that enhance scalability, flexibility, and reliability in the retail grocery context. Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to enable efficient data management, analytics, and collaboration.
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions that enable modular and scalable retail grocery applications. Utilize technologies such as .NET Core, Docker, and Kubernetes to ensure efficient deployment, management, and integration of microservices.
• Ensure the security and compliance of retail grocery solutions. Develop and implement robust security measures to protect customer data, ensure data privacy, and comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the retail domain. Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies and tools that align with business goals and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of retail grocery operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including business users, executives, and IT teams, to gather requirements, understand their needs, and provide technical guidance. Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation guidelines. Provide training and support to internal teams on the proper use and maintenance of implemented solutions.
• Defines the principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
• Supports product managers in EOL (end of life) product decisions to maintain, refresh or retire products, services, or systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information).
• Ensure the project or product architecture is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Conducts a code review process of application and infrastructure development projects and products to ensure the project or product is implemented as per the approved design and code standards.

About The Pay:

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 Annually

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or higher with 10 years of experience
• 5 years of architecture design, development and implementation experience on various backend development languages like Dot Net, React, Java, PHP, Go and Python.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with personalization mobile app development, CDP system, cloud computing, microservices, Rest API, security, and .NET technologies.
• Experience and Knowledge of various database technologies like MySQL, MS-SQL, MongoDB, Redis etc.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering personalized mobile applications using technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, and React Native.
• Experience with microservices architecture and technologies such as PHP, .NET Core, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in the retail grocery environment industry, including customer behavior and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills and a strong ability to support and uplift fellow team members, fostering a positive and cooperative working dynamic.
• Strong understanding of retail grocery processes and best practices.
• Project management experience, with the ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge and understanding of different modeling languages (such as UML, BPMN and ArchiMate)
• Ability to work with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment.
