Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Package finished products for distribution or display
- Handle food ingredients and clean equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain consistent product quality

Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry, preferably in pastry or baking
- Knowledge of food production processes, techniques, and best practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Basic knife skills for ingredient preparation

Pay: $39,045.18 - $47,022.16 per year
