Job Description:

The network engineer will support the team during the discovery phase to baseline the current BMS network and identify areas for improvement, from a network perspective. 

• Demonstrated experience working with TCP IP protocol suite, IP subnets and masking, and routing protocols.
• Demonstrated experience working in Local Area Network (LAN) environments
• Demonstrated experience working in Wide Area Network (WAN) environments.
• Demonstrated experience with network security such as firewalls and ACLs.
• Demonstrated experience working with Type 1 cryptographic equipment.
• Demonstrated experience with ground-based satellite termination equipment.
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Visio for network topology creation/modification.
• Demonstrated experience explaining protocols, technical procedures, and processes clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience developing and preparing complex technical documents, reports, and proposals.
• At least 7 years of experience as Network Engineer
