Lala’s Brooklyn Apizza is located on the upper level at Grimm Artisanal Ales in Williamsburg and is led by Chef Esther Stilwell. Opened in Summer 2023, the restaurant features our own eccentric take on the uniquely charred New Haven apizza style, with an ethereally thin crust made from our house-milled malted wheat, fermented with our own house sourdough culture, and baked in an Italian wood-fired oven. With a seasonally changing and locally sourced menu, Lala's has been featured in publications like Eater, The New York Times, Time Out, and more. Our kitchen team is completely cross-trained and works collaboratively. We are passionate about food, experimentation, and the intersection between beer, fermentation, and food.
