Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate student records, manage class schedules, and ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
Coordinate registration and enrollment procedures.
Handle record requests from outside agencies.
Perform credit audits, transcript maintenance, and advise students on academic matters.
Assist in data collection and prepare reports for audits and evaluations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in education administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Minimum age of 21.
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
Sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic diversity.
Additional Information:
Full-time position requiring availability during school breaks, holidays, and summers.
Must be able to walk up and down stairs and use common office equipment.
