Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate student records, manage class schedules, and ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.

• Coordinate registration and enrollment procedures.

• Handle record requests from outside agencies.

• Perform credit audits, transcript maintenance, and advise students on academic matters.

• Assist in data collection and prepare reports for audits and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in education administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Minimum age of 21.

• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical exam.

• Sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic diversity.

Additional Information:

• Full-time position requiring availability during school breaks, holidays, and summers.

• Must be able to walk up and down stairs and use common office equipment.
