Seeking an Intake Specialist at busy mental health group practice!

Grief Recovery Center is a mental health group practice located in Houston, TX. We're seeking an intake specialist to answer calls and schedule new clients for our practice. (Part-time job: 20 hours/week, potential to grow into full-time) Hours: Monday 8a-2p, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30a-1p.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling new clients for mental health and therapy related services
• Assist clients with questions, pricing and services
• Return calls, messages, emails and other inquiries

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields
• Previous sales or receptionist experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
