- Examines retail sales contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
- Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly
- Process all paperwork from retail sales in accordance with lender and company guidelines.
- Ensure all vehicle retail sales have appropriate documentation and that it is accurately completed. Notify the appropriate personnel promptly if deal is missing paperwork or required documents.
- Maintains customer satisfaction at or above company standards
- Processes paperwork on a timely basis
- Post new and pre-owned deals to accounting books
- Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
- Reconcile schedules
- Maintains sales logs, gross profit/loss information and reports.
- Audit information to ensure accurate and compliant inventory schedules and GL schedules.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
- Communicate frequently via phone/email with sales management.
