Qualifications
o B.S.Accounting
o 10 Years Varied Accounting Experience ? 5 Years Construction and/or Manufacturing Cost Accounting
o Office 365 (Excel, Word, & Outlook) Expert Level Experience
o ERP Management Information System (Construction or Manufacturing)
Hourly Payroll Processing
o Generate and Reconcile Weekly Assignar Payroll Hours
? Work with Operations Identifying & Correcting Work Hours
? Prepare and Upload Hours into Acumatica o Prepare, Enter, & Process Bi-Weekly ADP Payroll
? Record Cash Funding Transaction
? Record Hourly Payroll in General Ledger
Project Accounting
o Review and Maintain Project Cost (Labor, Materials, Subcontract, & Other)
o Maintain Hourly Acumatica Employee Files (Rates Changes, Address, etc.)
o Review Actual vs Budget Revenue/Cost with Project Managers
Month & Year-End Closing
o Process & Record Project Direct Cost Accrual (Open with Revenue) ? Audit/Ascertain % of Completion Accuracy
o Review, Reconcile, & Adjust Inventory GL Balance ? Maintain Excel Spreadsheet GL to Inventory Perpetual Reports
o Record Miscellaneous Entries ? Depreciation ? PTO Accrual
Purchasing Backup & Assistance
o Vendor File Maintenance
o Process Approved Purchase Orders
Assist Account Payable Functions
o Investigate Unmatched Invoice Quantity with PO Receipt Quantity
Participate in Annual Wall-to-Wall Physical Inventory Count and Reconciliation to General Ledger
