We are looking for an Analyst to support the Structured Products Platform that specializes in managing new loan products and delivering various agency and proprietary debt products to multifamily clients. This position is based in New York, NY, or Atlanta, GA

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input and analyze property financial information into Excel financial models. Preliminary underwriting and screening of deals for agency, private label, and bridge products.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously with proactive follow-up to originators.
• Pipeline database management and tracking.
• Ad hoc reporting and data projects.
• Successfully work with counterparties to structure commercial real estate finance deals supporting the Sales Desk Director.
• Prepare, review, and present production and credit narrative memos for the initial screening of deals.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university. A finance degree is preferred.
• 0-3 years of professional experience, preferably in commercial real estate finance or finance role.
• Basic understanding of production and sales principles paired with credit knowledge and background.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals firm-wide on a daily basis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Driven, innovative team player who is focused on results and strives to deliver a superior work product.
• Knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills required.

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
