This is a Regional level Lifestyle position that plays an integral role in the support of the Lifestyle Coordinators. This role works closely with the Community Manager, Sales Consultants and Lifestyle Coordinators to assist in the implementation and creation of a community’s lifestyle program.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Resonsibilities :

• Develop, Lead and Maintain branded Lifestyle program(s).
• Oversee Day to Day Lifestyle Operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coaches, trains, tracks, and assists with the management of the Lifestyle Coordinator at each community.
• Provide training and guidance to all other team members as needed in regard to the Community’s Lifestyle program.
• Setting monthly goals and developing strategies to ensure success of Communities’ Lifestyle program, to meet or exceed the predetermined monthly sales goals.
• Ensuring that all the Lifestyles processes and procedures are being followed at all levels.
• Trains all new and existing Lifestyle Coordinators the Greystar Senior Housing standards. As needed, conducting weekly.
• Hold Monthly and Quarterly Meetings to influence individual and group dynamics.
• Recruiting and interviewing candidates within Lifestyles.
• Analyze and evaluate all community events and provides suggestions on improvements.
• Create and / or maintain an efficient work environment through positive reinforcement.

Other Responsibilities :

1. Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

2. Assist Operations teams as needed with various projects and tasks.

3. Works cross functionally with various regions and departments to ensure full implementation of Lifestyle Program.

The salary range for this position is $55,00 - $65,000

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and / or quarterly bonus based on budget.
