• Provide valuable input into the patient's care and treatment.

Other requirements include:

• Licensed as a LVN by the State of Texas or compact state.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Home Care Experience
• Experience with EMR systems (Alora) not required but a HUGE plus
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Respecting the patient’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Current Texas driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
• CPR Certification
