The Senior Architect role is expected to lead teams to successfully design and deliver projects from Programming through Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of various architectural projects.
• Plan, design, coordinate, and administer projects and lead the project team from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration.
• Work with the Project Executive and Project Manager to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of project deliverables.
• Know and apply relevant building codes and guidelines.
• Act as the Architect of Record.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 12 years of acute and outpatient healthcare architecture experience.
• Licensed Architect.
• Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
• Excellent verbal and descriptive communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proficient in Bluebeam and comfortable using Revit to review documents.
• Time management skills.
