Role Description:

This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a Real Estate Executive & Personal Assistant to play a pivotal role in a dynamic, remote environment, directly reporting to the CEO. With a mandatory Texas Real Estate License, this role not only encompasses managing real estate transactions, coordinating property showings, and facilitating client consultations but also includes significant responsibilities in accounts receivable and personal tasks for the CEO. A critical addition to this role is the requirement for provensales skills and experience, as the assistant will be instrumental in converting sales opportunities into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a Texas Real Estate License to effectively manage real estate transactions, ensuring client consultations and property showings

are conducted efficiently.

Apply advanced sales skills to assist in the conversion of sales opportunities, working closely with the CEO and the sales team to ensure seamless execution.

Coordinate and manage both the CEO's professional and personal calendars, optimizing time management and ensuring the alignment of business and personal commitments.

Serve as a primary communication liaison for clients, staff, and external partners, maintaining robust and effective communication channels.

Execute personal tasks for the CEO, managing personal appointments and specific errands as needed.

Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and maintaining precise financial records.

Demonstrate a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Texas Real Estate License.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in real estate, sales, and financial management.

Exceptional sales skills and experience, with a proven track record of assisting in the conversion of sales opportunities into executed deals.

Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.

Advanced organizational and project management skills, proficient in multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and financial software pertinent to accounts receivable tasks.

Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Resourceful problem-solver, adept at quickly adapting to new challenges and finding effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
