Full-Time Endodontic Front Office Personnel Monday to Friday. Fridays are usually half days.

Our office specializes in Endodontics (root canals) and endodontic-related surgeries ONLY!!!

Quality is our standard of care. We treat 5-6 patients daily and only one patient at a time. This allows us to maximize the patients' comfort and trust.

Looking for an individual that is efficient, organized, and honest, has attention to detail, proactive and reliable. Must be willing to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.

Must be able to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively and efficiently. Must be able to communicate comfortably in person and on the phone with patients. Excellent customer service is a must!!!

Training will be provided on the software program used in the office. But must know how search insurance websites for the patients benefits and then calculate insurance copays.

Duties include but not limited to Answering the phone and checking voice mail, scheduling appointments. Post payments as they come into the office. Check emails from referring dentists and be able to transfer referrals and x-rays into the patient's record. Work closely with the referring dental offices.

Maryland Radiology License a plus, but not a must.
