Gregory Poole Equipment Company is Hiring a Training Systems Coordinator (IT/Admin) Near Raleigh, NC

PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position assists the Training Department of the Lift Systems Division in office duties which assures a consistent and organized department. Provides computer support to all GPLS branches. Serve as the liaison between the customer, GPLS, Hyster-Yale, Tico and any other manufacturers GPLS represents. Complies with vendor policies and procedures to maximize uptime for all vendor software. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Accounting: Collect and process COD transactions to include credit cards, checks and cash.Create and process all Training department invoices within GPAX.Support Operator Safety Trainers by invoicing customers for classes performed. Computer Support: Provide PC Support for any HYG or Allied related software and Fleet Apps.Lift Systems 1st contact for any related SMART issues.Lift Systems 1st contact for connection issues with mobile devices.New laptop setup.Learn, record, and share with branches all computer needs for parts, service and diagnostics.Review and file each vendor’s procedures and policies needed to gain access to their information.Support Technical Service Manager and Product Support Managers with financial data and updated computer/software policies and procedures.Load, update, and maintain all computer needs for parts, service and diagnostics needed to service all venders’ equipment.Troubleshoot and repair issues with vender software. Maintain the Corporate Tool Checkout List. Telemetry Support:Obtain Purchase Orders from customers.Maintain monthly billing for Telemetry Communication Fees.Quote and open calls for aftermarket telemetry installations.Manage and maintain the Telemetry Portal.Coordinate Telemetry Portal training with customers. Support the Fleet Telemetry Manager with answering emails for internal and external customers. Technical Support: Provide assistance and guidance with software technical problems for Lift Systems associates.Work with HYG and other OEM vendors to help with the resolution of problems technical or software.Maintain a high level of knowledge of our current offerings, updates or known problems. Invoicing/Bookkeeping:Process invoices for the Training Department including account maintenance on mainframe, Operator Safety Training materials, etc.Track expense and revenue of all customer training technical or operator.Assist in preparation of and ordering of training material and media for Trainers and Operator Safety Trainers. Other:Plan, coordinate and/or deliver lunch for training classes/meetings/events.Responsible for any additional department administrative office duties.Serve as the branch cashier processing deposits and managing the cash box. Support Operator Safety Trainers by making certificates and wallet cards, entering customer information into database per OSHA requirements, and obtaining COIs for customers. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education:Two-year college degree with two years of industry experience or High School diploma with at least 4 years of office administrative experience. Work Experience: (see above) Physical:Must be able to travel, sometimes overnight for additional training or providing the training to our associates. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. (tooling and/or materials) Other:Must be computer literate, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the Internet. Must have strong communication skills for in person training. Ability to communicate professionally using the phone, email or in a group setting.
