Location: 8510 Colonnade Center Dr, RALEIGH, NC, 27615 Are you someone who loves to collaborate with team members? As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for LMS management and maintenance, creating and pulling reports for specific training initiatives and collaborating on team communication for department related classes and new training launches. In this role, you will: Support division training needs of class communication and logistics, including email monitoring, hotel coordination, catering, etc. Work as a SME on training reporting by developing templates, generating new reports, and ensuring overall accuracy. Work as a SME for the internal LMS site by helping to maintain data integrity, monitoring learning catalog, implementing new site features, pushing assignments, etc. Monitor the effectiveness of training for employees using individual or group performance results. Contribute to new training program design and existing program enhancements. Assist with training related support tickets and email requests. Other duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. You have the ability to adjust tasks quickly based on the needs of the business.
