Gregor Industries is seeking an HR Associate to assist the Human Resources Department with the following:
- Assisting with new employee hiring process
- Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Addressing issues raised by current employees and new hires, assisting with providing solutions based on both Federal and NY State regulations and Laws
- Be the Subject Matter Expert as it pertains to company benefits and other company offerings
- Be the Subject Matter Expert as it pertains to policy and procedure pertaining to Handbook and other Hiring notices
