Position Overview:

Extra Mile Partners is seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our team, dedicated to servicing the Gregg Young Enterprises account. This role is pivotal in executing the marketing playbooks designed for the Gregg Young Brands, with a particular focus on event management, general marketing activities, and project management using Monday.com. The ideal candidate will be an organizational powerhouse, ready to go the extra mile in every task, from managing large-scale events to running essential errands.

Core Responsibilities

Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute various marketing events from concept to completion, ensuring they align with the brand’s goals and marketing playbook.
  • Liaise with vendors and venues to secure bookings, negotiate contracts, and manage logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Track event success metrics and produce post-event evaluation reports.

General Marketing Duties:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, both digital and print, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Perform errands as needed to support marketing activities and events, including but not limited to picking up supplies, mailing packages, and delivering materials to partners or venues.

Project Management:

  • Utilize Monday.com to manage projects, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners to keep projects on track.
  • Adapt project plans based on evolving needs and feedback, ensuring goals are met efficiently.

Support for Lucky 11 Hospitality Line:

  • Coordinate printing jobs and updates to marketing and operational materials.
  • Work closely with various staff members to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure materials meet quality standards.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for hospitality-related events and promotions.

Competencies

Professional Attributes:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing preferred
  • 1 year of marketing experience required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with a diverse range of team members and external partners.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content creation software, and project management applications like Monday.com.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
