Then come join the MCC team and acts as an entry point for business, industry, and community resources to strategize pathways for clients and incumbent workers to upskill and reskill for promotional opportunities. Create marketing and utilize social media platforms, collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate strategic outreach and identifying prospective partnership opportunities. Conduct Hiring Events for students as they complete training programs and promote CWE Career Advancement services.

All you need is a Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of marketing, sales, project management, program development, training experience or community engagement.

Compensation:

The minimum salary for this position is $48,984 with annual increases.
