Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand customer base
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize technology sales techniques to effectively promote and sell products or services
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or telemarketing
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of technology sales, including software products or services
- Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales deals
- Experience in outbound calling and telemarketing
