Project Manager

As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, open-minded problem solving, and optimism.
  • Utilize JobTread a construction management software platform to post Daily Logs, send Bid Requests, issue POs and SCAs, organize job documents, build schedules, estimate costs, manage budgets, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget while exceeding typical building standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules, taking into consideration the client's requirements and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to project milestones, and proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays to maintain project timeline.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, and implement proper safety practices on construction sites to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including regular project status updates to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and lead project teams, including subcontractors, and coordinate resources effectively to maximize productivity and achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle, including contracts, change orders, permits, and other project-related documents.
  • Evaluate project performance and conduct post-project assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
  • Follow instructions from your supervisor and adhere to protocols and procedures.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, ensuring the vehicles are clean, well-organized, and well-maintained at all times, and your driving habits positively reflect the company.

We will be offering you the following compensation and benefits:

  • An annual salary of $75,000-$85,000
  • 5 days of PTO (Paid Time Off)
  • 6 paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
  • Bereavement leave may be granted if necessary
  • Vehicle fuel expense coverage (using company credit card)
