While this role is remote, we are particularly interested in candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pensacola, FL to align with our core team and local events closely.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients, leverage your sales expertise to close deals, collaborate on strategic solutions, and consistently exceed your targets. Your role will blend persuasive selling with a deep understanding of our coaching services, ensuring every interaction is transformative.

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in dynamic, high-stakes sales environments and a proven track record of sales success. A background in sports or competitive environments is a big plus!

What Your Day Could Look Like

As an Account Executive, your day will be dynamic and impact-driven, focusing on not just meeting but exceeding your sales targets. Here’s a glimpse into your daily activities:

  • Meet with and close new clients from inbound leads booked straight to your calendar
  • Schedule and conduct upsell calls
  • Perform daily follow up to close deals
  • Update tracking sheets and reports daily
  • Contribute to sales process improvement by giving feedback and collaborating with team
  • Attend all team meetings
  • Minimum KPI of 5 call bookings per day
  • 25% Monthly close rate
  • Minimum KPI of 10 units High Ticket units closed per month

Requirements for Success:

  • Experienced Closer: You must be adept at closing deals, whether it's over phone calls or through Zoom meetings.
  • Coachability and Drive: Being coachable, driven, and knowledgeable in consultative sales psychology are essential traits.
  • Availability: Available to take calls in the CST time zone from 8 AM to 5 PM, but let’s be honest, this is sales, so sometimes there are calls outside of the normal hours that take a little extra to get over the line.
  • Travel Capability: Ability to travel for in-person sales consultations or live events when necessary.

Compensation: 10% commission on $3k - $40k package small base salary monthly bonus opportunity.

On-Target Earnings: Uncapped Commission Potential: While this role's earning potential is limitless, we estimate a conservative starting range of $8,000 - $12,000 per month in on-target earnings.
