While this position is remote, we prefer candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pensacola, FL, to align closely with our core team and local activities.
Key Responsibilities:As an Account Executive, you'll:
  • Engage potential clients, utilizing your sales expertise to close deals and devise strategic solutions, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Blend persuasive selling with a deep understanding of our services to ensure transformative interactions with every client.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in dynamic, high-stakes sales environments, with a proven track record of success.
  • Background in sports or competitive environments is advantageous.

A Day In Your Life:Your day as an Account Executive will be dynamic and impact-driven, focusing on exceeding sales targets. Here's a glimpse:
  • Close new clients from inbound leads booked directly to your calendar.
  • Conduct upsell calls and perform daily follow-ups to close deals.
  • Contribute to sales process improvement by providing feedback and collaborating with the team.
  • Attend team meetings and maintain minimum KPIs.
Requirements For Success:
  • Proficiency in closing deals through various channels.
  • Coachability, drive, and knowledge in consultative sales psychology.
  • Availability to take calls in the CST time zone.
Compensation:
  • 10% commission on packages ranging from $3k to $40k , with a small base salary and monthly bonus opportunity.
