Job Title: Lead Commercial Account Executive

Responsibilities:

- Lead Health Management: Take charge of overseeing and optimizing the health of commercial leads.

- Efficient Quoting: Ensure quotes can be provided on the first call, eliminating the need for callbacks.

- Ownership of Leads:Take extreme ownership of all Commercial leads entered in ISN, overseeing the entire lead lifecycle.

- Follow-up Management:Monitor and ensure proper follow-up on leads, including timely posting and execution.

- Conversion Rate Optimization: Work towards improving conversion rates for Commercial leads.

- Capacity Improvement:Identify and leverage opportunities to maximize the potential of Commercial leads in various markets.

- Call Trend Analysis: Analyze trends in missed calls to ensure proper coverage and implement cross-training to address gaps.

- Revenue Goals: Ensure the Commercial team is meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

- Email Drafting: Create effective email templates for quotes, ensuring clear and compelling communication.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in commercial sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address trends for process improvement.

- Familiarity with ISN or similar lead management systems.

- Capacity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Minimum 45 Calls per Day: Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of calls, ensuring proactive engagement and follow-up.

- Cold Outbound Calls: Proven experience and skill in making effective cold outbound calls.

- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including meeting clients in person.
