Responsibilities
What You Will Do?
- Supervision of tradesmen technicians
- Create and apply construction schedules for: demolition, abatement, framing, electric rough in, plumbing rough in, insulation, drywall and finish, paint, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, countertop installation, appliances, interior finishes, cleaning and inspection
- Assists residents in their requests for construction changes.
- Processes all the required paperwork timely and accurately.
- Meets mutually agreed upon deadlines for all projects.
Qualifications
What It Takes To Succeed?
- 3 years’ experience in construction supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous supervision experience
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
